Returns / Exchanges / Shipping

As we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS RETURNS OR RESIZE EXCHANGES. Also please note that items typically take about 5-10 business days to be created. Once created the items are then sent via the selected shipping method.

Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at info@blackbybrand.com for further information. 

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

 

Sizing / Care

What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XSmall - 4XLarge depending on the shirt. Please see the products individual sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit.

How will the prints hold up?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most. Some noticeable and others not. Washing instructions are found on the tag. 

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:


Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry. Avoid using bleach on colored garments.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and observed holidays are not considered business days. After we have dispatched your order, we cannot make any changes to the address or cancel the order anymore.
